netflix fail.

i somehow ended up with the dubbed version of let the right one in.

i was expecting subtitles. i don't know how i made this mistake. and i was left feeling empty, alone, and confused. like when you order dr pepper at a restaurant and they bring you mr. pibb because they think you won't be able to tell the difference. because they both have titles. so they must taste exactly the same?

well, i can tell a difference. and i am not happy.

i would have loved the movie. but i was too busy being annoyed by the bad dub job.

  1. Was the subtitled version not on the same disc? I didn't know they were distributing just dubbed movies; I thought subtitles were always available!

    LOLl- "they both have titles"

  2. oh, i don't know. do i look like the kind of person who knows how to work a dvd player? do i seem like someone who notices a movie is dubbed and calmly thinks, "maybe i should check the settings and figure out how to fix this?"

no. i just sit there and cry.

  3. The subtitled version and dubbed version are the same. You just needed to fiddle with the DVD settings :P
