i don't know how i would survive a work day without gchat. i kid you not. at least three times a day i im jillian with, "OMG, work rant!" and then proceed to tell a delightfully inane story about how angry it makes me when someone sends me an email with the phrase "is this a accuracy number."
sigh. thank you google for making my life so much better.
