let's talk about the SEC, baby

i may or may not have the unfortunate habit of accidentally typing an "x" instead of a "c" every time i write SEC.

it's unfortunate because i have to send out a daily email to the attorneys about various SEC goings ons.

one of these days i won't catch my error and it's going to be a whole different kind of email.
