as you may or may not have heard already ricky martin is gay. i know. it's shocking. i think the whole world can join me in saying, ".... didn't we already know this?"
i thought this whole issue had been settled years ago. ya know, when people were saying he was gay. and he was like, that's no one else's business. that's private. wink. wink.
so yeah. turns out he's gay. and no one really cares or is bothered by this. because we all already knew. and frankly, does it matter? i'm glad he felt comfortable enough to say so finally. and congrats on his new babies. but i'm totes ready for society to stop asking if people are gay or not and get back to what really matters in life.
like criticizing every single move jon&kate make.
hahaha. love that last line especially. but seriously, i'm getting kind of tired of people coming out publicly. we don't need to be advised of every single person's sexual identity. it's not like we're keeping records. and really, an actor/singer/whatever's sexual identity makes no difference in whether or not i watch their movies, or listen to their music. i guess they are trying to express solidarity and whatnot, so i kind of understand, but what's with all the shock and awe any time anyone says anything about their sexual identitiy?
